Get more credits
There are two ways to buy credits: a monthly plan or a one time credit pack. Both are on the billing page. They are not the same, and the difference matters.
Plan or pack: which should I pick
Pick a plan if you want to download your videos, generate AI clips, or use autopilot. Pick a pack only if you already have a plan, or have had one before, and just need extra credits.

The important line is the second one. A credit pack does not unlock downloads. A pack only adds credits to your balance. If you have never had a plan and you buy a pack, you can generate videos with those credits, but the download stays locked. This surprises people, so we say it plainly here.
How to subscribe to a plan
- Open the billing page.
- Compare the plans and click Upgrade on the one you want.
- Complete the checkout.
Your credits are added as soon as the payment succeeds.

The table above shows the credits for monthly billing. On yearly billing you pay once for the year and the year's credits are granted up front, so there is no separate grant each month. Prices for both cycles are on the billing page.
Unused credits are kept when the plan renews; the new credits are added on top.
There is no unlimited plan. Every plan has a monthly credit amount; Enterprise is the largest at 50,000 credits per month. Because unused credits roll over, your available balance can grow well past the monthly number.

How to buy a credit pack
- Open the billing page.
- Find the credit packs section.
- Pick a pack and complete the checkout.
The credits appear in your balance right after payment. A pack is a single purchase. It does not start a subscription, and nothing renews.
I bought a pack but I still cannot download
This is expected. Downloads need a plan, now or in the past. A pack does not count as a plan.
Your pack credits are not lost. Subscribe to any plan and the download unlocks; your pack credits stay in your balance and are used the same way. How to download your video.
Can I earn free credits
Yes, if you have never bought anything. New accounts can earn up to 165 free credits from the signup bonus and the getting started rewards. How credits work.
