How to set up Autopilot
Autopilot makes a new video for you on a schedule: it picks a fresh topic, writes the script, generates the video, and can post it straight to your connected accounts. You set it up once in about two minutes. Autopilot needs an active plan.
How do I create an Autopilot?
- Go to the autopilot page
- Click Create Your First Autopilot (or New Autopilot if you have one already).
- Step 1, What it's about: give it a name, pick how often to make videos (Every day, Every 2 days, Every 3 days, or Weekly), the time, and your timezone.
- Pick a topic: choose a niche from the grid (From a niche) or write your own brief (Describe my own).
- Click Continue.
- Step 2, Looks and sounds: pick the video style, voice, and other video settings.
- Click Continue.
- Step 3, Where it goes: connect an account or select the ones you have. Turn Auto-post to my channels on if you want Autopilot to post each video for you.
- Click Create autopilot.
No account handy? Skip step 8. The videos land in My Videos and you can post them yourself anytime.
Do I need a paid plan?
Yes. Autopilot runs only with an active plan. Without one, your setup is saved as a draft and starts as soon as you upgrade. Each plan also sets how many Autopilots can run at the same time:
Plan | Autopilots |
|---|---|
Creator | 1 |
Pro | 2 |
Studio | 4 |
Agency and higher | Unlimited |
One Autopilot can post to more than one connected account. See plans on the billing page
How many credits does Autopilot use?
Each video an Autopilot makes uses credits, the same as a video you make yourself. The setup wizard shows an estimate per video and per month at the bottom while you build it. If your balance runs out, runs stop until you add credits.
Can Autopilot make videos in my language?
Yes. Autopilot writes each script from your topic brief. Tell it the language in your instructions, for example "Make the videos in Hindi", or write the whole brief in your language. The scripts then come out in that language, in its native script.
Do I get free credits for my first Autopilot?
Yes. You get 25 free credits when you set up your first Autopilot. This reward applies once and only for accounts that have never had a paid plan. Free credits and rewards.
How do I pause or change an Autopilot?
Open the autopilot page and use the controls on the Autopilot card. You can pause, resume, edit, or delete it anytime. You can also trigger a run right away instead of waiting for the schedule.
