An avatar video turns one photo into a talking-head video. The avatar speaks your script with an AI voice, or lip-syncs to audio you upload. Use it for spokesperson clips, product promos, and personal-brand content without filming yourself.

What do I need?

A character. Pick a saved character element or create one from a photo.
A script and a voice, OR your own audio file.
Credits. Avatar video costs 840 credits per minute.
Any account with enough credits can generate. To download, your account must have had a paid plan at least once.

How do I create an avatar video?

Open avatar page.
Under Choose a character, pick a character or add a new one from a photo.

Optional: click Add a product to show a product the avatar holds or wears.
Under Speech, use the Write a script tab and type what the avatar should say, then pick a Voice. Or use the Upload audio tab and upload your own recording.

Pick Video Format: Portrait (9:16) or Landscape (16:9). Match it to your photo's orientation so the face is not cropped.
Optional: add Motion Instructions, Background Music, and captions.
Click Generate. The credit estimate shows before you confirm.

Skeleton videos

A skeleton video is a viral short-form format. A 3D translucent skeleton acts out your script while its organs glow to show what happens inside the body. A narrator voice tells the story. This format works best for "what happens to your body if…" topics, but the skeleton can also act out stories and history in normal clothing.

What do I need?

An idea or a script. Example: "What happens to your body if you drink 5 coffees a day".
Credits. This is the most expensive short-form video type in AITuber, so check the estimate before you generate.
A free account is enough to generate. To download, your account must have had a paid plan at least once.

How do I create a skeleton video?

Open skeleton video page.
Type your idea in the prompt box, or switch to the script tab and write the full script. Use [brackets] for visual directions.

Pick a quality: Good or Premium.

Pick a voice.
Click Generate. The credit estimate shows before you confirm.

Every scene uses AI video. There is no image or stock option for this template.

What is the difference between Good and Premium?

Can I get a refund?

If a video generation fails, the credits for it go back to your balance automatically. For money refunds, send us a message in the chat bubble in the app. We look at each request and review it case by case.

A video failed. Where are my credits?

You do not need to ask for this refund. When a generation fails, the credits return to your balance on their own. If a video failed and the credits did not come back, start a chat with us and send the video name. See My video failed or looks stuck. What now?.

I paid but got no credits

Sometimes a payment goes through but the credits do not appear right away. We can fix this. Send us the email address on your account and the payment email or order id. We check the payment and add the credits.

I was charged twice

If you were charged two times for the same purchase, tell us in the chat. We refund the duplicate charge.

I forgot to cancel, or I changed my mind

Contact us in the chat. We review these requests one by one; the answer depends on how much of the plan you used. Cancel your plan first so no further charge happens. Manage or cancel your plan.

We cannot promise a money refund in advance. A refund after you used the credits or created videos needs a review first.

Quality tiers explained (Basic, Good, Premium, Max)

Quality tiers control how good your visuals look and how many credits each scene costs. Higher tiers use stronger AI models. Pick the tier in the create form before you generate; the credit estimate updates as you switch.

What do the image quality tiers change?

For videos made with AI images:

A video uses about one image per 3 seconds, so tier choice changes the total cost a lot on long videos.

Note: Basic cannot use your own uploaded photos. When your script mentions one of your images, the quality moves up to Good on its own. See How to add your own images to a video.

Connect your social media accounts

You can connect six platforms to AITuber: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and X. After you connect an account, you can publish videos to it from AITuber, and Autopilot can post to it for you.

Go to the publish page
Open the Accounts tab.
Click Connect Account.

Pick your platform in the Connect an account dialog.

Sign in on the platform's own page and approve access.
You come back to AITuber with the account connected.

The whole flow takes under a minute. You sign in on the platform's secure page, not on ours. We never see your password.
