Manage or cancel your plan

You can cancel your plan yourself from the billing page, in a few clicks. You keep your credits and your downloads. Autopilot and publishing stop when the paid period ends.

How to cancel

Open the billing page.
Find your current plan card and click Cancel subscription.

Follow the short dialog and confirm with Cancel Subscription.

That is all. You will not be charged again.

When does the cancellation take effect

At the end of the billing period you already paid for. You keep full access until that date; the billing page shows it as Ends with the date.

What do I keep after I cancel

Your credits. All unused credits stay in your balance forever. They never expire, and you can still spend them to generate videos with AI images or stock footage.
Downloads. Downloading stays open. The rule is whether the account has ever had a plan, not whether one is active today. How to download your video.
Your videos. Everything you made stays in your account.

What stops when the plan ends

Autopilot. Autopilot needs an active plan. It keeps running until your paid period ends, then it stops.
Publishing and scheduling. Posting to your connected channels also needs an active plan.
AI Video. Videos made with AI video clips need an active plan. That includes every Skeleton, 3D Talking Characters and Avatar video. AI images and stock footage still work.
Monthly credits. No new credits are added after the last paid month.

To use these again, subscribe to any plan from the billing page.

I changed my mind

If your paid period has not ended yet, you can undo the cancellation.

Open the billing page.
Click Resume subscription on the notice at the top of your plan card.

Your plan continues as before.

How do I change to a different plan

Open the billing page and pick the plan you want.

Find the plan you want and click Upgrade or Switch Plan. Moving between monthly and yearly on the same plan says Switch to yearly or Switch to monthly.

Read the short summary and confirm.

Where we can, we charge the payment method already on your account, and you do not enter your details again. If your payment method cannot be charged this way, we open a short checkout page instead. The screen tells you which one is about to happen before you confirm.

All new plans and plan changes use our current payment provider. If your existing
plan uses our previous provider, you pay for the change on a new
checkout page. Your old plan stays in place until the new plan is accepted. We then
stop the old subscription so it does not renew. Buying extra credits does not change
who bills your subscription.

Can I keep an older plan

Your existing plan can keep renewing at its current price and credit allowance.
When you change plans, check the price and credits shown for the new plan.
Plans that are no longer sold cannot be bought again after you leave them.

What happens when I change my plan

We charge the full price of the new plan straight away.
Your billing cycle starts again from that day. The next charge is one month or one year later, counted from the change.
The credits of the new plan are added to the credits you already have. You keep your old credits. They usually land in a few seconds, and the screen shows you when they arrive.
We do not refund the days left on your old plan, and we do not take them off the new price.

Because of this, the best day to move up a plan is near the end of your billing month.

What if my card does not work

Nothing is charged twice.

If the card is refused, we take you straight to a payment page so you can finish the change with another card. Your old plan stays as it is until a payment goes through. The page stays open for about one day. After you pay, we charge that card for your next payments.

Some banks put a limit on the amount an app can charge you automatically. A bigger plan can go over that limit. The payment page sets up a new permission at the higher amount, so paying there fixes it.

Can I change my plan when my plan is set to end

Yes. Pick the new plan and confirm. The new plan starts straight away and renews as normal, so the old cancellation no longer applies.
