How to get a receipt or invoice

There is no invoices page in the app yet. To get a receipt or an invoice for a payment, send us a message in the chat bubble and we send it to you.


How do I request a receipt or invoice?


Send us a message in the chat bubble in the app. Include:


  • The email address on your AITuber account.
  • The date and amount of the payment.
  • The billing details you need on the invoice, for example a company name or tax number.


We look up the payment with our payment provider and send you the document.


Did I get an email at purchase time?


Check the inbox of your account email for the time of purchase. The checkout can send a payment confirmation email. If you cannot find one, ask us in the chat instead.


Where do I see my plan and payments in the app?


The billing page shows your current plan, your credit balance, and your credit usage history. It does not list payment receipts yet.
