How to get a receipt or invoice
Every payment you make has an invoice, and you can download it yourself from the billing page.
How do I download an invoice?
- Open the billing page.
- On your plan card, click Invoices & billing method.
- Your past payments open in the payment portal. Download the invoice for any of them.
The same place holds your payment method, so you can change your card there too.
Can I put my company name and tax number on the invoice?
Yes. Your company name, your billing address, and your tax or VAT number are set in that same
portal, and they then appear on your invoices.
Some checkout pages also ask for a company name and a tax number while you pay. If yours does,
fill them in there and they are on the invoice from the first payment. If it does not, set them
in the portal afterwards and ask us to reissue the invoice.
If you cannot find where to change them, send us a message in the chat bubble or write to support@aituber.app with the details you need, and we set them for you.
I am a business in the EU. Can I stop paying VAT?
If your company has a valid EU VAT number, add it in the same portal. Your next payments then come without VAT, under the reverse charge rules.
This starts at your next payment. Invoices you have already paid keep the VAT that was charged at the time. Ask us if you need help with an older payment.
I do not see the link
The link shows once you have a plan, and it stays after a plan ends, because you still need last year's invoices.
If your card says Free Plan, there are no payments to invoice yet.
Did I get an email at purchase time?
Check the inbox of your account email around the time of purchase. The checkout sends a payment confirmation email. If you cannot find one, ask us instead.
Where do I see my credit usage?
The billing page also shows your current plan, your credit balance, and your credit usage history. That history lists credit movements, not payments. Use Invoices & billing method for payments.
