Payments and currencies
Prices on the billing page are shown in US dollars. In India, prices are shown in Indian rupees instead. The checkout shows the final amount before you pay, so there is no surprise on the confirmation step.
What currency will I pay in
- Most countries. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Your card works normally; your bank converts the amount to your own currency, and your statement shows that converted figure. Your bank may add its own conversion fee.
- India. Prices display in INR, and you pay in INR. No conversion is needed.
How do I pay from India
Indian accounts see INR prices automatically and can choose a payment method at checkout:
- UPI. Pay with your UPI app. For a subscription, this sets up UPI Autopay, an automatic payment approved once in your UPI app, so the plan can renew each month.
- Credit or debit card. Card payments also work, billed in INR.
If a UPI payment fails or gets stuck, try again with a card, or start a chat with us.
How do I use a discount code
- Start the checkout for the product the code is for.
- Enter the code in the discount field, exactly as it was written.
- Check that the discounted total shows before you pay.
Two rules catch most problems:
- Codes are case-sensitive. Type the code exactly as you received it, usually in ALL CAPS.
save20andSAVE20are not the same code. - Codes are product-specific. A code made for subscription plans does not work on credit packs, and the other way around. If a code is rejected, check which product it was made for.
We do not list codes in this help center. Active offers appear inside the app and in our emails.
My discount code is not working
- Retype the code in ALL CAPS. Do not copy extra spaces.
- Check the product. Are you buying a plan when the code is for packs, or a pack when the code is for plans?
- Still stuck? Start a chat with us and send a screenshot of the error.
Is my payment secure
Yes. Payments are handled by our payment providers on their secure checkout pages. We never see or store your card number or UPI details.
