How to download your video
Downloading happens in two steps. First you export the video, which renders the final file. Then you download that file to your device.
How to download
- Open your video from the videos list.
- Click Export.
- Pick a resolution: 1080p or 4K.
- Wait for the render to finish. You can leave the page and come back.
- When the export is ready, click Download.
Which resolution should I pick
1080p is the right choice for most people. It is Full HD, it looks correct on every platform, and it renders faster.
4K gives a larger, sharper file. Pick it if you want the extra quality and do not mind waiting longer.
How long does an export take
Video length | 1080p | 4K |
|---|---|---|
Under 1 minute | about 2 minutes | about 3 minutes |
1 to 2 minutes | about 3 minutes | about 4 minutes |
2 to 4 minutes | about 3 minutes | about 5 minutes |
Over 4 minutes | about 3 minutes | about 8 minutes |
Most exports finish inside these times. A very long or very complex video can take longer.
Does downloading cost credits
No. Exporting and downloading cost 0 credits. You already spent credits when you generated the video, so we do not charge again to save it.
Why is my download locked
Downloading needs a paid plan.
With free credits you can use the whole product up to this step. You can write a script, pick a voice and a style, generate the complete video, and watch the full preview at real quality. Only the download is held back.
To unlock it, open the billing page and choose a monthly plan.
A credit pack works differently. A pack adds credits to your balance, but it does not unlock downloads on its own. If your goal is to download your videos, pick a plan rather than a pack.
If your plan has ended
You can still download.
The rule is whether the account has ever had a plan, not whether the plan is active today. Once you have had a plan one time, downloads stay open to you, and any credits you have left stay usable.
The download is not working
Check these three things first.
- Has the export finished? The Download button only appears after the render completes. If the video still shows as exporting, wait for it.
- Did the export fail? A failed export shows an error. Start the export again.
- Try a different browser. A browser extension can block a file download.
If none of these help, start a chat with us. Send the video name and tell us what you see on screen, and we will look into it.
