Why was I charged more than the listed price?
The listed plan prices do not include tax. Your country's tax, for example GST or VAT, can be added at checkout. The checkout shows the final amount, including any tax, before you pay.
Why is the charged amount higher than the plan price?
Two things can raise the final number above the listed price:
- Tax. Our payment provider collects the tax that applies in your country, for example GST in India or VAT in the EU. The plan price is shown "plus applicable taxes if any".
- Bank fees. Some banks add a small international-transaction fee when you pay a price set in another currency. That fee comes from your bank, not from us, and it does not show at checkout.
How do I see what I will pay before I pay?
The checkout page shows the amount before you approve the payment. Review that final amount at checkout; that is what our provider charges. Plan prices are on the billing page
The difference still looks wrong
If the charge does not match what the checkout showed, or you see a charge you do not recognize, send us a message in the chat bubble. Include the email on your account, the date, and the amount. We check the payment with the provider. Can I get a refund?.
