My video failed or looks stuck. What now?

If a video fails, you do not lose credits. AITuber retries failed steps first. If the video still cannot finish, the credits for it go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask us for the refund.


How long should generation take?


Most videos finish in 1 to 3 minutes. Long videos, AI video clips, and Premium tiers take longer because more scenes render. If your video shows a progress state, it is still working; leave it running.


What should I do if it looks stuck?


  1. Open your videos list on the videos list.
  2. Refresh the page. The status you see can be old, and a refresh loads the current one.
  3. Wait a few more minutes if the video is long or uses AI video clips.
  4. If the video shows Failed, check your credit balance. The credits for that video are already back.
  5. Create the video again. Most failures are temporary and the retry works.


Why can't I make videos at all?


If you cannot start a generation, the cause is almost always one of these two:


  • Not enough credits. The cost estimate shows above the Generate button. If your balance is lower than the estimate, the app opens the upgrade dialog. Get more credits.
  • A plan-gated type. AI Clips need a paid plan, and UGC Reaction Hooks need an active plan. Faceless Videos work on free credits.


Why does my preview stutter?


The in-browser preview plays the raw scenes in your browser, and browser memory limits can make it stutter or drop frames. This does not mean your video is broken. The downloaded MP4 is rendered on our servers and plays smoothly. If the preview stutters, export and download the video before you judge it. Exports usually take about 2 to 3 minutes at 1080p, and about 3 to 8 minutes at 4K.


When should I contact support?


Contact us through the chat bubble in the app when:


  • A video has shown the same progress state for more than 30 minutes.
  • A video failed and the credits did not come back.
  • The same video fails again after you recreate it.


Tell us the video name (the title in your videos list). We can then find the exact run and fix it or refund it.
