My video does not match my prompt or photo

AI visuals can differ from what you asked for. The AI creates each scene from your words, and it does not always get every detail right. You do not need to regenerate the whole video: you can fix single scenes in the video editor.

How do I fix one wrong scene?

1. Open your videos on the videos list.
2. Move your pointer over the video card and click Edit.
3. Select the wrong scene on the timeline.
4. Generate a replacement image or clip in the editor panels.

New images and clips cost credits at the normal rates, for example 1 to 30 credits per image by quality. The cost shows before you generate.

Why did my uploaded photo change?

Your photo guides the AI model; the AI does not copy it pixel by pixel. Two things help:

• Use Good quality or higher. Basic quality cannot use reference photos, so the app bumps Basic to Good automatically when your script @mentions a photo. Stock footage also switches to AI images.
• Keep the @mention in your script every time the person or object appears. See How to add your own images to a video and Reuse the same character, thing, or place.

How do I get more accurate visuals?

• Pick a higher quality tier. Better tiers follow your prompt more closely. See Quality tiers explained (Basic, Good, Premium, Max).
• Add clear visual directions in [brackets] in your script, like [a black cat on a red sofa].
• Describe one subject per scene. Crowded prompts confuse the model.

Do I get credits back?

Credits come back automatically only when a generation fails. A finished video that you do not like is not refunded automatically. If you think something went wrong, contact us in the chat; Can I get a refund?.
