How to pick a visual style, or make your own from a picture

The visual style decides how the pictures in your video look: photo, cartoon, 3D, hand drawn, and the light and color that go with it. Pick one from the Visual Style strip on the create page. You can also save your own style and reuse it on every video after that.

How do I pick a style?

1. Open the create page for your video type.
2. Find Visual Style and scroll the strip, or click View All to see every style in one window.
3. Click a style to use it.

Auto is the first card. It lets AITuber pick the look that fits your script. Pick a named style when you want the same look every time.

How do I make my own style?

1. Click Add next to Visual Style.
2. Pick Write it myself.

3. Give the style a short name, for example "Warm film grain".
4. Write what the pictures should look like: light, color, camera, texture, and what to avoid.
5. Click Create style.

Your styles sit first in the strip, with a Yours mark, so they are quick to find.

Can AITuber write the style from a picture?

Yes. If you have a picture of a look you like, drop it in and AITuber writes the instructions for you.

1. Click Add next to Visual Style.
2. Pick From a picture.
3. Drop a picture on the box, or click it and choose a file.

4. Wait a few seconds while AITuber reads the picture.
5. The name and the instructions fill in. Change any word you want.
6. Click Create style.

A picture is never required. Pick Write it myself and save a style with no picture at all. You can also swap between the two at any point: Use a picture instead sits above the instructions box, and Write it myself instead sits under the drop box.

If the result is not what you wanted, click Read again for a fresh read, or Use another picture to try a different one.

What does the picture do to my video?

Nothing directly. AITuber reads the look of your picture once and turns it into words. Only those words are used when your video is made, so your picture never appears in the video.

The picture is kept with the style as its cover, so you can see what the style came from.

Because only the look is copied, avoid using a picture to copy a real person, a logo, or a brand. The style describes light, color, and texture, not the people or products in your picture.

Can I copy a built-in style and change it?

Yes. Open View All, hover a style card, click the ⋮ button, and pick Duplicate as custom. You get a copy in Your styles that you can edit.

Which video types can use my own style?

Faceless videos and music videos have the full style picker, so your own styles show there.

What happens to videos I already made?

Nothing. A style is copied into a video when the video is made. If you edit or delete a style later, the videos you already made stay the same.
