How to delete your account
To delete your account, send us a message in the support chat and ask for account deletion. We confirm the request with you, then our team removes your account and all its data. Deletion is permanent.
How do I request deletion?
- Sign in to your AITuber dashboard.
- Open the chat bubble at the bottom right.
- Write "Please delete my account".
- Reply to our confirmation message. We ask you to confirm because deletion cannot be undone.
Our team then processes the deletion. You get a message when it is done.
What gets deleted?
Everything. This includes:
- All your videos, exports, and uploaded media
- Your credit balance, including credits you paid for
- Your saved elements, avatars, scripts, and ideas
- Your connected channels and publishing history
- Your API keys
- Your account and profile data
If you have an active subscription, we cancel it as part of the deletion. No further charges happen after that.
Can I undo a deletion?
No. Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore videos, credits, or any other data after your account is deleted. Download any videos you want to keep before you ask for deletion.
I only want to stop paying, not delete everything
Then cancel your plan instead. You keep your account, your videos, and your remaining credits. Manage or cancel your plan.
