Fix sign-in problems

Most sign-in problems have a fast fix. Check your spam folder for the code, or sign in with Google instead.

You sign in at sign-in page with your email or with your Google account.

I did not get the verification code

When you sign in with email, we send a code to your inbox.

1. Wait one minute. The email can take a moment to arrive.
2. Check your Spam or Junk folder. Search for "AITuber".
3. Check that you typed your email address correctly.
4. Click Resend on the sign-in page to get a new code.

A code works only once and only for a short time. Always use the newest email.

Can I sign in with Google instead?

Yes. On the sign-in page, click Continue with Google and pick your Google account. No code is needed.

Use the same email address every time. If you sign up with Google and later use email sign-in with the same address, you reach the same account.

The sign-in page does not load or keeps looping

1. Reload the page.
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies for app.aituber.app.
3. Try a private (incognito) window.
4. Try a different browser, for example Chrome or Firefox.
5. Turn off browser extensions that block scripts or cookies. They can break the sign-in form.
