Who owns my videos? Can I use them commercially?
You keep full commercial rights to the videos you generate with AITuber. Our Terms of Service state: "You retain full commercial rights to videos generated through AITuber. You may use, modify, monetize, and distribute your generated videos freely."
Can I monetize my videos?
Yes. You can post them, sell them, and earn money from them, on YouTube or anywhere else. You are responsible for making sure your use of the content follows the laws and third-party rights that apply to you.
Who owns the scripts and files I upload?
You do. The terms state that you retain ownership of all content you submit to AITuber, such as scripts and text. You give us a license to use that content only to provide the service, for example to generate your video.
Is there anything I should check before publishing?
Yes. AI-generated content can contain errors or unexpected results. The terms ask you to review and verify all AI-generated content before you publish or distribute it.
