PDF to Video: turn a PDF into a video
PDF to Video turns a PDF file into a faceless video. Upload a report, an article, a guide, or notes. AITuber reads the text, writes the script, and makes the video the same way a faceless video is made: AI voice, visuals, and captions.
What do I need?
- A PDF file. Maximum 25 MB and 100 pages.
- Credits. Reading the PDF is free. Making the video costs the same as a faceless video.
How do I make a video from a PDF?
- Open the PDF to Video page.
- Drop your PDF under What should we turn into a video?, or click the box to pick a file.
- Wait for the file to finish uploading. You see the file name when it is ready.
- Under How should we use it?, pick Summarize it or Read it out.
- Under How long should the video be?, move the slider.
- Under Anything we should know?, add a note if you want. For example: "Turn it into 5 tips."
- Pick a voice, a visual style, and a video type.
- Click Generate. The cost estimate shows on the button before you confirm.
AITuber reads the PDF, writes the script, and makes the video in the background. You can leave the page. The video appears in your videos list when it is done.
What is the difference between Summarize it and Read it out?

Summarize it is the default. With Summarize it you can add a note about how the script should be, for example "Only the part about pricing".
Read it out uses the slider as a limit. If the text is longer than the length you pick, AITuber stops there.
How much does it cost?

You pay once, when you click Generate. The number on the button is an estimate. The final charge matches the real length of the video, so a short PDF costs less. See Faceless videos for the video costs.
What PDFs can AITuber read?
- PDFs with real text work best.
- Scanned PDFs (pictures of pages) are read with AI, up to 100 pages. Check the video for mistakes.
- PDFs with a password are refused. Remove the password and upload again.
- PDFs with more than 100 pages are cut. AITuber reads the first 100 pages.
- Very long text is cut at about 200,000 characters.
- Other file types (Word, slides, images) are not supported yet. Save them as PDF first.
What happens if AITuber cannot read the PDF?
The video fails with a plain note that says why, and your credits come back. Fix the file and try again.
Is my PDF stored?
The file is stored in your account so AITuber can read it. Files that are never used for a video are deleted after 7 days. The text is not stored on its own.
