# The site or a page is not loading

If AITuber does not load, first refresh the page. Then try the steps below in order. Most loading problems are fixed by the browser, not by us.

## What should I try first?

1. Refresh the page.
2. [Open the app directly](https://app.aituber.app/dashboard)
3. If you cannot sign in, go straight to the [sign-in page](https://app.aituber.app/sign-in)
4. Clear your browser cache and cookies for app.aituber.app.
5. Open a private (incognito) window and try again.
6. Try a different browser, for example Chrome or Firefox.
7. Turn off browser extensions that block scripts or ads. They can also block buttons and download links.

## Is it the site or my connection?

Open another well-known website. If that site also fails, the problem is your internet connection. Try another network, for example switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data. If other sites load but AITuber does not, follow the steps above and then contact us.

## A button or link does nothing

Script and ad blockers often block buttons and download links without an error message. Turn them off for app.aituber.app, or use a private window with extensions off.
